Can someone look at my first pc build?

And can it handle games such as fallout 3, fallout new vegas, batman arkham city, skyrim, and bioshock infinite?

Looks pretty good except for the motherboard and ram. Here's a revised build with a better motherboard and faster ram:

And yes, it will handle those games fairly well. The only exception would be skyrim which tends to run better on Intel CPUs.

"Better motherboard" Yes. I suppose it is better but it is still kinda crap. Those boards have really high failure rates on the VRMs and other power components and aren't recommended.

The Asus M5A97 R 2.0 would be a much better choice.

RAM speed really doesn't matter either but it is the same price so that's fine.

That PSU is really expensive.

I added in the better mobo and a cheaper PSU. Comes out to a little less than your recommendation.

Thank you very much, as soon as I get my pc made, I'm selling  my 360 :)

Agreed, Agreed, Agreed.

I actually have the Asus M5A97 R 2.0 in my current build and it's been a champ.

Nowadays high frequency ram usually only shows significant gains on APU platforms and certain other specific applications.

Also for the future of your rig, my first upgrade suggestion would be to get a SSD. Potentially with the money you get from that Xbox. A 64gb could run ~70$ and be enough to load your OS and primary programs. The difference is very noticeable.

I'm not as familiar with these boards, but I knew the one I suggested was better than what he had selected. Agree with the Asus M5A97 R 2.0 as being a good board. Have heard mostly good things about that one.

Yes, ram speed in a non-APU system doesn't make much of a difference, but figured if it costs the same, might as well go with something a little faster.

Didn't notice the PSU was expensive, unless the price changed since I last looked at the OP's build link.
