Can Someone help me Find a better graphics card?

I have a MSI-H81M-E33 Motherboard the PCI- Express port is a 2.0x 16 and another that is x1

Thank you for your help <3

You can run literally ANY graphics card in that - what power supply do you have, and what is your budget?

I have a 350w power supply and budget it like 100 dollars something that could run BO3 and Fallout 4

I hop eim wrong, but its not gonna happen with a budget that low because you are really going to struggle to run a gpu on a psu that small. Even an AMD r9 360 needs a 500w psu

what cpu and ram do you have?

Would you consider a second hand gpu?

IF you want to do well with Fallout 4, then you are going to want to save up more money. That game is going to be hard to run for sure. That said, a <$100 gpu will be able to run it, just not terribly well. The settings will have to be turned down a fair bit. That said, BO3 will be significantly easier to run most likely.

Well for upgrading I would definitely recommend buying a 30-40 dollar or so evga psu. Their about 80+ or 80+ bronze and 500w. But you can get a gt 740 or 750-750ti. 750 ti is the best choice and is about 120 dollars. Another great gpu is the AMD R7 360 which is at 110 dollars usually.

So basically to upgrade the graphics card I have to upgrade my PSU then The Graphics card
Would I have to change the CPU cooling fan as well though????

No. They do not need to be changed. Your i5 does not consume enough power to be sensitive to the added heat because of the bigger GPU.

Without changing your psu a 750ti or non-ti is about as good as you're gonna get. Plenty of 2nd hand ones about & they perform pretty good for what they are.

Are there any good combos that I should look at on newegg or just get the two PSU and GPU Separate
I want to be able to run Fallout 4 at the best possible on a budget though

I don't think the gtx 750ti holds up well on windows with current titles, might be the reason why Nvidia released a second X50 series maxwell gpu. Look into a gtx 950 @ ~$140 or a R9 380 @ ~$180, if you need to buy new, surprised they're that low probly for the holiday season sales.
If you don't mind aesthetics and two 300W psus, you can hook both of they up to your system.
If you can't get another psu with higher wattage underclock the cards to lower the TDP. Just Like @1920_1080p_1280_720p said you can turn down the settings to fit your hardware config. Remember not just to use the presets adjust individual settings and tests what works best.

honestly, i would save up, get a decent 450w+ psu and maybe another 4gb system RAM, and then a second hand r9 280 or similar...

If the temps are too high yes.

So to run Fallout I should get a gtx 950 or the r9 380 because I upgraded my power supply and the RAM is now 8GB

Min req on fo4 7870 2gb

Gtx760 on eBay buy now for 120ish

R9 280x 140ish on eBay

Sapphire r9 270x 140 newegg

Evga 950 140 newegg

My advice would be find something 2+gb ddr5 radeon r9 or gtx 750ti+

There out there but u need another 20-50 in your budget

So anything better than the gtx 950would be better

Look for something used on Ebay. If your PSU can handle it, an HD 7970 or r9 280x can be had for ~$160 and are pretty damn good bang for buck at that price.
