Can no longer select output in Dual Monitor Four Computer kvm

Hello everyone,
I just had a power outage, and now my KVM powers on with just the Greenlight. I cant select any in input anymore.
I tried unplugging it and plugging it back on. I even tried to just select with nothing in it, just powered. And sadly, I can’t. It still shows me which PCs are connected, not just the power light on. I checked the power input, and it looks like it is providing the correct voltage. Is there something I can do to try to fix it?
as 700 USD is a bit too harsh to throw away without trying to fix it.

Unplug it from power for about a minute and see if it self resets. If not you can email me wendell at level1techs dot com to setup an RMA and I can probably fix it for you. Mail in kinda thing. Long as it doesn’t smell like bacon or rattle from exploded internal components I can probably fix it.
