Can My PSU Handle This Upgrade

Ok so I have a Antec 550w PSU and im planning on buying these items, AMD FX 8350, ASRock 990FX, and a 7850 2gb GPU. Also I have 1 HDD and a Fan controller on my case. Will my 550w be able to run all this stuff with no overclocks? and also possible overclocking in the futrue, not extreme OC but a little.

i say absolutley, i have a friend who is running an OC'd  3770k and a 680 with a 520w psu,( its a seasonic fanless I think) he has had no issues with it at all.
