Can i use the W790 Sage for a server CPU?

So im wanting to update my Xeon Scaleable 2nd Gen Server for something more modern like Xeon 4th gen series, got my eyes on the Xeon Gold 6448H and the best board for IO and otherthings that would fit my desktop case have my current xeon board would be the SAGE-SE. I checked the CPU support and it seems it only supports the Wxx Line up, would i have issues running a server SKU in here?

Specs would be:
Xeon Gold 6448H
8x32gb 5200Mhz memory
3x Radeon W6800 (until the W7900 comes out)
Aircooling for 24/7 use cases

Why not use a supermicro board that is qualified for the CPU and then use an add on card?
