Not really. You can overclock, but you'd be on a power constraint given that the socket only uses 4pin supplemental power. You'd need a higher end motherboard. Here is the least expensive motherboard I found that can get some decent overclocks thanks to VRM cooling and 8pin supplemental power.

Also, personally, I'd prefer single rail designs. The Neo is a dual-rail design. For $5 more, you can get the Rosewill 530w Green Series, which is slightly more efficient with 80plus Bronze cert, and is single rail.
