Have you checked out http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php I have ordered from them and frozen cpu never hurts to shop around.

That only costs 30$.

Fittings are much more than $30. Can cost anywhere from $50-$100 for the amount of fittings you need. Tubing is like $15 extra. Like I said in one of the multiple posts you have on this topic you should consider an xspc kit because it includes a full loop other than the gpu block for under $200
