Can anyone suggest any upgrades in my build

i have 

Gigabyte 970A-D3 (MotherBoard)
2x Kingston hyperX 4Gb ddr3 (Ram)
Thermaltake Litepower 700Watt (Power supply)
500Gb WD (HDD)
Gigabyte HD 5450 1Gb DDR3 (Graphics Card)
AMD x6 1100t 6 Core Processor 3.3ghz (Cpu)

i have not over clocked anything mainly because i dont know if my system will handle it.

if anyone can suggest any better hardware for a pretty cheap price. (each part under $175)

get a 7850 for gpu (which is wat i would upgrade to first) for the cpu i would go with the fx 6300 or fx 8350

if u use it for gamii g then upgrade hhe gpu if not upgrade teh cpu to an fx 8350

i would say get 2 7770 or 2 7790 and cross fire them

I disagree with Skewt.

If you game heavily, upgrade to a 7850/7870.

If you don't, buy a Kingston HyperX SSD and install your OS and such on that. Or buy 1-2 sticks of RAM (4GB ones, same brand as what you already have), and download a RAMDisk and Fancy Cache. It will serve the same purpose as an SSD essentially. Except it will be more versatile.

i play bf3 (at the moment on min settings), chivilary & games like that. i mostly game on my computer

Then get a 7870. That's the best upgrade you can get at the moment.

I would say you should save up a little more money and grab a Radeon HD 7870. Then pick up an ASUS Sabertooth 990FX board in the future so you can overclock that cpu. After that you could always pick up an AMD FX 6300 or 8350. An SSD would always be a great upgrade too just to shorten boot and load times.

Buy radepn 7850 2gb for that money, stick with mb and cpu

You might wanna buy aftermarket cooler such as CM 212 EV0, CM 612s or if you have the money Noctua NH-d14

Get a 2gb 7850 and in the future upgrade ur cpu to a fx 6300 or 8350.

sorry about that, I meant if you upgrade later on after getting a 7850 I would get a 6300 not an 8350, an 8350 is overkill for a 7850 imo. Unless you game at below 1080p (this is where a strong cpu is just as important as a good gpu) then I do not recommend getting a 8350. go 7850->6300 for upgrades

Get a sabertooth 990fx keep the phenom because its still very good prossesor and it works on the am3+ platform. The 7870 is a very good option for a upgrade.
