Looking for a minimalist design, USB ports on the front, MicroATX/ATX, Midtower, Black.

I prefer a a balance of Airflow and Loudness

Something with at least 2 USB 3.0 Headers

If you are looking for balance between silence and airflow, the Fractal Design Define R4 or Define mini is a great option. It has sound dampening foam on the inside, and the fan grills/holes have removable foam so you can choose to prioritize acoustics or airflow, plus, fractal's build quality is legendary. Watch Logan's review on the define R4, and Linus has an overview on the define mini. I hope i was of help.

One problem USB headers are on top I need them on the front or it wont fit under my desk I like this corsair one is it any good?

I really like the look of the Fractal Arc Mini mATX. The USB slots are on the top, though...

Corsair builds decent stuff.  Honestly though, from your description in the OP the first thing that came to mind was Lian Li.  They are known for their minimal styling and have a number of mid-tower cases in various price ranges.  Might be worth a look.

If you want to put the graphics card in the first slot, then you can have one almost as long as the case (44 cm until you hit the fan).
