About the OP: we gotta think that java dominates most of RISC cpus nowadays thanks to android and shit, hopefully google will make kotlin big enough to smother java with the help of dart/flutter
But I don’t think a language would be more or less “RISC-friendly”, it’s all about the runtime/compilers maybe?
