I have a c2550D4i i died on me yesterday. I have tried to change the memory to one that i know works.
i cant get it to post.i can access the BMC and i cant see the cpu temp or the motherboard temp.
is it possbile to access the BMC even if the motherboard is dead?
I did a reset on the motherboard without any success.
Do anyone have an ide on what i can do more?

I can't really think of anything else I am afraid. If you can access the BMC it would indicate the PSU is okay and you have already swapped the memory. Is it in warranty?
that is to bad;( yes it is, so that is good.
but i wanted to ask here first, in case there was a magical way to fix it.
I will have to return it to the store tomorrow and hope that they just switch it out...its hard not to have my server up and running:P
