Things you will need:
1.)Sharp boning knife
2.) Large Cutting Board
3.) (Optional) Granton slicing knife for clean steak cuts
3.) (optinal) Vacuum Sealer

Great value, especially if you have a vacuum sealer (will keep in the freezer for 6 months).
Tip* freeze your steaks on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet before you seal them so they don't lose their shape.
