Buying new Card, Limited choice

Hello Everyone

I'm going to buy a new Graphic card soon and need some advise, the problem is I live in a 3rd world country and my choice of cards is very limited

Here are the name of the cards I found in the market here

Asus Directu GTX550 TI - 1GB

Gainward 650GTX - 2GB (and the Golden Sample edition)

Sapphire Radeon 7770 - 1GB

MSI Radeon 7770 - 1GB

I know that they are alot to compare and I'm really sorry.

I can learn to overclock if I need to but it's very hot here already espacially in the summer (above 40'c in general)

And right now I have a GT220 (It was the best thing that I could find when I built my pc last summer).

The best one you can get is the 650 so I would go for that.

sorry to hear about your situation must suck, are you shure that you cant buy anthing else outside of the country and ship it in.

anyway hope that helped

If you read my last commit, omit it. I just did some benchmark research and pricing, go with the GTX 650. AMD is having awesome drivers come out, but if they keep it up Nvidia will drop some awesome drivers and destory AMD once again.

It's a nobrainer dont understand why this guy need "research" to get it.. GTX 650

however, it's a gainward.... never heard of them, and their not on newegg.....

should probably go for the msi 7770, it's a reliable manufactuer

Its not fanboyism the 650 is a faster card then the 7770 and also gainward is more of a euopian company and are like the evga of europe stock cards stock pcb but reliable as hell and good warenty

Thank you for your help

We actually can't buy anything from the internet, no bank here allows it

LOL I love AMD I have an AMD card myself.. :P

This is only the second time I recommend an Nvidia card on this forum.. So seems like your Fanboy-sense is kinda broken ;)

Guys, I looked up the 7770 and the 650 on videocardbenchmark.net and the AMD has way better score (1800vs3200)
I know this might be stupid but can somebody explain how is the 650 faster ?
