Hey guys, i was just wondering how much a 1080p monitor would cost (preferably around 31 inches) as atm i am editing and playing on a hdtv and the quality isnt the best (its alright, i just know it can be better) I edit ALOT and the price range i had would be around $300 (maybe less) is this possible?
Another thing i wanted to ask is that if i swap to a monitor, would i still be able to game on my xbox (360 and one)? (to play with friends and such, not all my friend have steam so i have to play with them on xbox live xD)
I live in australia as well ;) Thanks in advance guys :)
I am using ASUS VN247 in dual monitor setup. I never had a chance to try many monitors, but this one is best i had sofar. I love it's thin edge, which is great for nice eyefinity, if you are into that kind of stuff. Logan was talking about it in this video. I could find it for less than 200$ on ebay. 10/10 would buy...
However, the stand is horrid. It feels more like a spring, so the monitor is flying around when i bump into the table slightly. I recommend using the monitor arm thing...
I would have considered the VN247h if it wasnt so small :\ i could get two of them but then i would be spending around 420 dollars :| is it possible to get a monitor with the same features like this etc.. just 31 inch or 32 inch? (preferably around $300 :P)
Sorry, can't help you there. But I think that 1080p stretched on such a big screen will look "raster-y". I am not sure about that, but it fells like a small DPI to me. Maybe getting a 4K monitor will be better.
