Bulding PC for Video rendering

Hello all!

My name is Rolands and I am form Latvia if anyone knows where that is :D

I am new to this. So I need your all help because you all have more experience than me.

I will try to explain what I need.

I want to build PC for 2 things:

1. Long video renderings approx. ~2h one video (Usually no effects, maybe sharpen and some color correction)

I usually use Sony Vegas Pro 12 for all that. Because I have difficulties in Premier to sync mic audio with camera audio. (If sync video in front of video all is ok, but after 2h long video that audio is out of sync for ~1 second. And I have quick way how to fix that in Vegas by Clicking Ctrl and dragging corners of video or audio to align waveforms but in Premier no idea how to do that quicker. ) Maybe someone could give hint, how to do that. I would appreciate that.

2. For Live event online streaming (encoding) 3 streams of HD video + each video with its own Audio (3 languages)

Have not decided what streaming software to use VidBlaser, Wirecast, vMix or any else.

Need is to be able to switch between multiple cameras, for now 2 cameras. Add animated logo, Screen splitting. Adding text. I think these options are in most of Those software’s.

  • Budget. How much are you willing to spend?
    1000USD ~ 763.03EUR
  • Where do you live (what country),  and what currency do you use?
    Latvia, LVL and soon EURO
  •  Is there a retailer you prefer?
http://www.dateks.lv/en/komponentes.php --> English is in beta
    or
     https://www.ekoshop.lv/veikals/Datortehnika/Komponentes here is no English
  • Do you need or already have peripherals? (this can add to costs)
    Monitor, mouse and Keyboard.
  • What will you be using your future computer for? Gaming? Rendering?
Using for Rendering and Encoding for live stream.
  • Do you overclock or want to get into overclocking?
Yes, it would be good if possible.
  • Do you plan on going for custom water-cooling now, or in the future?
    Custom water cooling NO
  • OS. Do you need a new one?
    No
  • Do you plan on Mining BTC either for yourself or Tek Syndicate?
    No

If you Render or Edit things-

  • What application do you use to render? (very important)
Waht to continue using Premier CS6 But now Sony Vegas 12
    aftereffect, Photoshop, Audition
  • Do you render movies or Photoshop pictures
    Rendering Movies and Audio

Also because of this budget, I thing it is not possible to build really good pc for this, I want to have option to upgrade later in future.

And also I would appreciate, to know, witch part of hardware will increase what (what will increase rendering speeds, what will increase encoding etc.)

Thanks for help!

P.S. Sorry for my English and mistakes!

CPU: AMD FX 8350 (8 core processor will help when live streaming content.)

MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2

RAM: 16Gb G.Skill Sniper Series 1866Mhz RAM (more high speed RAM will help when rendering lots of data at once.)

PSU: Thermaltake TR 600

STORAGE: SeaGate Barracuda 7200Rpm 64Mb Cache 2Tb HD

GPU: ASUS Geforce GTX 680 (this is the heart of all graphic rendering situations)

CASE: Any standard cheap ATX from factor case will do fine.

(Optional) SSD Bootdrive if you can afford it.

Operating System is up to you, if you already have one you dont need to get a new one.

I like petes build a lot. Only thing I would change is the hdd to a wd blue 2tb, because of its longer warranty and is more trusted, and get a gtx 770. It preforms better than the 680 and is cheaper.http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GeForce-GTX-770-vs-GeForce-GTX-680 Andhttp://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1720084/gtx-680-classy-4gb-gtx-770-acx-2gb.html with the money saved, you could get a better cpu cooler and overclock the cpu since you said you wanted to overclock.
