Basically i am new to Pc gaming as i am normally a console gamer but i want to move over to pc gaming and make my own pc so i can start to learn all the basics. yes i am a noob to this but everyone has to start of somewhere. This is the build i have devised so far ( yes its in GBP becasue i live in the UK) but would like to get your views and help on iimporvements etc. thanks
build so far
I see some expensive parts in your build and I wouldnt suggest it really if you have never touch a computer before. Unless you have someone close to you who is experienced and can help you build this system.
Start using http://uk.pcpartpicker.com instead.
watch logans videos on building pc.
Since you have a 4 slots for ram I would go for 4 ram sticks.
and instead of hard drive , i would save my money from that and go for SSD.
Same £££ better gameing xD

8 core processor for games? how come. I would suggest 4 cores max.
future ready 8 core gameing comeing soon >__>
I aggree with some of the other comments you should downgrade your GPU to somthing like a 7850 http://www.ebuyer.com/397401-asus-hd7850-2gb-gddr5-5000mhz-dvi-hdmi-displayport-pci-e-graphics-card-hd7850-dc2t-2gd5-v2
Its good for gaming and with the money you save I would suggest an SSD for your boot drive and a few games, you could probaly get a 250gb drive for that money.
yea but in the future there will be other 8 core processor who will work much better.
my uncle is the one helping me with the build :)
The AMD 8 core is an Intel 4 core. 4 physical cores. 8 logical cores. Same as the i7's...
