Hello, I'm new to building computers and want to build a good system for gaming.
I want to spend around $1100.
I will be buying the parts from newegg.ca
Can you guys pick out parts that will give me the best peformance for that price, thanks :D
The specs I have now are just HORRIBLE and it is due to me not being able to upgrade in a very long time.

Would say thats a good PC, could reduce it abit more the price by either getting a i5 2500k, or removing the 60GB SSD Bboot Drive.

most of the same parts as him just drop the ssd if you dont care about the pc booting up in a flash. get a better case like a fractal r4 and swap out 660 for a 7870 for gaming. unless you want it for physx. which i only have played a couple of games that utilise it.
PhysX is awesome when the game has it :P

i do agree with you CarnivourusMonster but not many games support it.
