Building my first workstation need help!

So i am hopefully going to be able to build a workstation soon and i don't know where to start. This pc is going to only be used for rendering videos in premier pro, aftereffects, and using 3ds max. The budget is 5,000, can go up if need be. I want this to be my work horse and get things done fast and efficient. So yea any ideas?

If this is for Video Editing and such, I would go with FirePro Card.

I also selected a XEON. It has a lower clock speed, but it's "Turbo Boost" gets it up to 3.2ghz.
