I tried to keep as much of the original parts that you suggested, however a few sacrifices needed to be made in order to bring it below budget. As it stands with prices at the time of this post it would be 991.88 after rebates and 1011.88 without them.
It ended up being a fairly cookie cutter build but i somehow managed to actually get a color scheme going with everything.
Edit: Forgot to touch on a few points.
For the budget a 7870 is a prime choice, Compairing the performance to a 660ti they are neck and neck is some cases and you can easily overclock the 7870 at that price point it is a fantastic card to go with.
For the SSD i have found 120gb an ideal number when just using it as a boot OS and having a few applications installed. There is a very good SSD optimization guide over a Overclock.net http://www.overclock.net/t/1156654/seans-windows-7-install-optimization-guide-for-ssds-hdds
It gives a good first steps to make sure the SSD is performing as it should and it helps to free up some space on it with some of the steps.
Sticking with 8gigs of ram for now but that leaves you with 2 slots unpopulated leaving you room for expansion in the future as well as an Crossfire ready board incase you wanted to go that route.
Even in this case i would still recommend the 7870. The Gigabyte version i had in my post was basically the same price and it seems to beat out the 570 in a few benchmarks.

As well as the 225 price point on tiger being after a rebate.
I wouldn't drop that cpu since it's going to last you for at least 3 years. For an SSD get a 240 crucial M4 or an 240 intel 330, i thinkt he m4 will be the cheaper of the two, also check out the OCZ vertex 4 there's a bunch of places trying to liquidate it.
If you're looking for a budget SSD, Samsung 830 or OCZ Vertex 4
If you want performance SSD, Samsung 840 Pro or OCZ Vector.
Obviously chose whatever size fits your needs.
As for case, I like the Antec P280 and Fractal Design R4. But both are near or at the $100 mark. The Antec p280 usually goes on sale for like $80-90. If that is too expensive then I guess an Antec Three Hundred Two or Bitfenix Shinobi could fit the bill.
If you can make use of the AMD game promo then try to fit the 7950 in your budget. If not, 7850 is fine and you still get one game anyway!
Ok guys, sorry but I forgot to mention that I will use this rig in triple 1080p monitor and I'll be soon making a youtube channel for gaming walkthrough.
And BTW, 7950 and 660 ti cost about the same in my country.
Either is the GTX 660 ti is too expensive here or 7950 is cheaper here. (lol)
I heard that Maxwell GPU,and new 8000 series GPU is coming next year..should I wait?
