I'm building my first PC soon which will be used primarliy for gaming. As of right now I'm not too interested in overclocking but I'm open to any suggestions.

That's some boss ram but completely unneccesary for gaming with that rig. If you went for some cheaper 1600mhz 1.5v ram you could use the money saved to pick up a Corsair Neutron or Samsung 840 or OCZ Vector or Plextor M5 120-128GB drive because they're faster than the ADATA S510 not a lot more expensive, especially the Samsung 840. Some even come with longer warranties.
I'd like to point out that my suggestion is by no means the best solution but just what I would do in your place.
I'm curious why bother with a K-series i5 if you aren't interested in overclocking although I guess having the option is nice.
Thanks for the feedback, I'll look into what you said and see what I can come up with.
The reason i went with the K-series i5 is becasue while I'm not intersted in overclocking right now, I could definitly see myself trying it in the future. I figured it was better to spend just $15 more and have the capability.
Well, it seems you've went a little overkill on a few things. If you're interested in saving money, you can easily change up a few things without losing performance. You can easily save $150 by dropping the GTX 680 in favor of a HD 7970. Or if you're stuck on Nvidia, you'd be better off to get a GTX 670 and put the saved cash into a bigger and better SSD. And if you plan on doing any overclocking in the future, it'd be smart to think about getting a proper aftermarket CPU cooler. Otherwise, you're gonna fry your CPU if you try overclocking with the stock cooler. Here, try something like this...

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I hope you find this helpful; good luck!
Just to wrap it up... Get some 1600mhz RAM and get HD 7970 instead of GTX 680 and there you've alrady saved like 160$ which you can use on.. whatever you want.. :P
