Building ITX Computer for friend, need final opinions

Recently I convinced my friend to switch from a Xbox 360 to PC gaming. He told me he didn't know were to buy a gaming computer so I decided to take it a upon myself to build one for him. I had a few worries about the motherboard. At first I considered to use the EVGA Stinger, but it lacked a wifi module. So I decided to go with a ASRock Z77E-ITX board. Do you think the ASUS P8Z77 would be better? Also I wanted to know if the PSU and the CPU cooler were ok.

EDIT: I completely forgot to give the parts.

PSU is fine. Seasonic make amazing quality parts.

If you can, then go for a H100..I've heared mixed things about the H80, but nothing bad about the H100

I don't know if you can even fit a H100 in there. I'm planning to overclock his CPU to 4-4.5 GHZ

You dont need a built in Wifi module, you can just put a usb stick in the back IO panel. And the stinger is just a really great motherboard.

I will probably go with the Stinger then!

For a case, snag a Bitfenix Prodigy.

The Bitfenix prodigy is a little bigger then the PC-Q18B. My friend is going to put this inside his cabinet where his xbox is.
