Building help

Well I'm on a budget and want to build my first computer. I've got this picked out so far but was wondering if anybody had some suggestions. Any cost lowering I would love and if you know of anybody selling some working parts for cheap I'm greatly interested.

I've picked this out but I can get the 8320 and the Define R4 for about 30 dollars cheaper each at a store near my house.

EDIT: I forgot to note I have a GPU and optical drive already. It's not a very good GPU, but it works fine and I'll be saving up to upgrade after I get this down.

Think about that case i put, its the best for the buck and the prettiest (in my opinion), and forget about that crapy PSU of yours..

Must you buy OS?

You know there are other ways to get OS without paying?

I'd prefer to own it legitimately, but I might consider it. I wondered if this motherboard is OK? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131873&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Micro Center is bundling it with the 8320 and taking $40 off. Would it be acceptable?
