and this radiator heats much more than the others, should i buy a fan for it?

what's it called?
the green light means the motherboard is turned on and im not sure whats under the heatsink but i wouldn't be too worried about it getting hot since thats what its meant to do

Might be the VRMs or Northbridge or Southbridge chip.
I wouldn't worry as all of the above get relatively warm, and the heatsink on it is quite beefy.
