Building a water cooling loop! Need some questions answered

So I'm setting up my own Water Cooling loop for my CPU: i7-3770k. I've chosen the EK-Supremacy Full Copper 1155 CPU waterblock & the Coolgate 3x120-60 Full Copper Radiator.

Coolgate radiator: http://www.techbay.no/product.html/coolgate-radiator-3x120-60-cu-belagt?category_id=181

What I don't know is what type of fittings would you guys (or girls) reccomend that I use. I have looked online and it seems like Compression fittings are the most used & most secure. What size of tubing gives best flow and are best fr this waterblock and radiator.

I also haven't decided on what reservoir and pump to use. I have a Cooler Master Cosmos II Ultra Tower case with plenty of space. I would desire a good pump here. and what Coolant do you reccomend.

For coolant there Mayham Aurora stuff looks really amazing in a loop. As for the pump I keep hearing that the Swiftech MCP655 is one of the best, the only issue it has is it's 1/2" and not 3/8" like just about everything else. Not for the res, I really love the FrozenQ Liquid Fusion ones. All they look really nice, and fixs just about any build. Also the FrozenQ company offers custom reses.

I'm still online!

LIES, the site says you are offline! Look into that stuff.
