I'm planning to build a computer just to capture and encode video on to Twitch.tv. I was wondering what kind of computer parts do I need to stream at 1080p @30fps or 720p @ 60fps? Btw I'm going to use a capture card to only stream from a xbox or a ps3 games.
we need a budget and country you live in, or at least I do, I have to either have a budget or else with nothing to base off of I go all out and you'll be looking at a 10-15 grand computer, it'll be the fastest 10-15 grand computer though lol
If you get an avermedia capture card that compresses all the footage on it's own you really won't need that good of a computer. Just like a low end AMD duel or quad core. I don't know which capture card you have, but if you don't already have one just get this.
