Building a pc

I'm 15 years old and I'm building my first computer soon. I have about a $300 limit and these are the parts I'm going to put into it.

AMD A8-5600K APU 3.6Ghz Processor : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0095VPAVE/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

GIGABYTE GA-F2A55M-HD2 FM2+/FM2 AMD A88X HDMI Dual-link DVI D-sub Dual UEFI BIOS Micro ATX Motherboard: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009O7YZAG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

OS: ubuntu linux. I will upgrade to windows 7 later.

I have some hard drives laying around I will put in it. Later I plan on putting another stick of the adata memory and buy a Radeon r7 260x. Is there anything that I should change out of the parts I listed? I don't care about 1080p gaming, 720 is fine for me and I don't play a lot of games.

Run away from the gigabyte mobo... far far away... get this instead: http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=MB-A88XM-A&c=CJ

Generally with APUs you get faster memory (1866 clock or better) get this instead, and upgrade to 8 gigs in the near future: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231720&clickid=wCuT0nVEvW2GWQezUl348yk4UkTWirwJyXWcxE0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na

after that, get all the APU you can afford... I'm not a big fan of the stock cooler AMD supplies, but you don't have the budget to throw in another $30 for that...

just don't build something for $300 that's gonna take $500 to rip apart and build what you really want is my main advice... better to save and do without then throw money into a sinkhole for budget's sake... $500 and you could have a pretty decent build... then again... if you're not gaming... I guess it's not that big of a deal, slap something together that runs...

+1 to pretty much all of this.

About the only games I play are Minecraft, gmod, and tf2.

The mobo I want is http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Socket-MicroATX-Motherboard-FM2-A75MA-E35/dp/B009HP42HQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1394596970&sr=1-1&keywords=msi+fm2-a75ma-e35  I didn't mean to put the other one.

That motherboard is fine.

PcPartPicker doesn't have the amazon link :S.
