Building a PC want advice

Hey all

Its been a while since i custom built a PC. Here is what i have thrown together for parts http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wtQe do you think this would be a good build for gaming and video editing? any advice is welcome

That looks good for gaming, you should have no issue maxing out most of the current games.

I would however suggest a better keyboard, I think you'd be limiting yourself. Not a $100 logitech g15 or anything, but you might do well with a nice Razer or something.

go with less ram, you wont be able to utilize more than 8GB and it wont help you in games

also you dont need a 750W PSU, get a 550-650W PSU

spend the money you save on getting a 7870 instead

go for a hyper 212 evo

An i5-3570k might be a better option if you plan on video editing.
