I have a 1100$ budget so use i will be useing this computer for gaming and streaming/uploading vids thank you all for you're help :)
What games? and what programs to edit your gameplay?
umm im going to be playing a variety of games like league of legends, arma 3, battlefield, crises 3 the programs im not so sure about yet im still trying to find out about that if you have any suggestions il be glad to take them into concederation

It's $1200, not $1100 but you can always switch things around.
You mentioned livestreaming, so the FX 8350 will be perfect for you. Logan demonstrated livestreaming with an FX 8350 vs most high-end intel processors, and the FX 8350 destroyed them.
