Hello , Im Building a PC for a friend he has a 630$ budget

so i looked at all the videos and still not sure

i got a Nvidia GTS 250 lying around so i can give that to him 

so the question is what should i get for the mobo/cpu  amd or intel and which models.

other spec ill get

2x8gb 1866 Ram

120gb SSD Hyperx 3k Kindston

1tb seagate HDD

Thats a crappy gfx i would get an AMD FX 4300 and a better gfx like a 7770

1866 ram is not needed, also 8/12 gigs is fine. GPU is crap.

what's the budget?
