This build is all kinds of wrong.

Arctic Cooling makes some pretty crappy CPU coolers. You would be much better off getting this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233029&Tpk=Xigmatek%20Dark%20Knight

Save some money on the motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157341

Getting the 7770 when you have a A8 processor is a waste of money and potential. Get a Radeon HD 6670 instead, so you can pair it with the built-in GPU on the A8. You'll get much better performance when you're running the 6670 and the built in GPU in dual graphics mode.

You don't need anywhere near 700 watts for this system. Get a 550 watt PSU instead.

This is a much better build. It's a little more expensive only because I added an SSD. You can choose if you want to keep the SSD or not. If you don't, it ends up being cheaper, and it will give you much better performance.

Ok, though the reasoning behind the power supply is so I can upgrade in the future.

For $700 id ditch the APU and get this which has a lot more power and will perform better in everything.

and if you wanted to spend more you could get a 7870 or a better case ect...

Dont ditch the APU... Soon "Richland" CPU-APU will be released, march 19. From A4 to A8 in "Richland" series will be 40% faster than A4-8 from "Trinity" series of CPU-APU. A10 6700/6800k will be atleast 20 to 25% faster than A10 5700/5800k, Richland's APU is AMD Radeon HD 8xxxD series and you can do hybrid crossfirex with most Radeon HD 7xxx series GPU's while "Trinity" Series allowed 6470?/6570/6670...

If someone has already an AMD Trinity, dont worry Richland will use same socket as Trinity... FM2 for the win... !!

I guarantee you it still won't be as powerful as the one that beyond night posted.

Maybe as a CPU not, but it will be closer to i5 than was the A10 5800k... Its APU is 8xxxD Radeon HD series and you can do Hybrid CrossfireX with wider range od 7xxx Radeon HD series compared to "trinity" with only 3 cards from 6xxx Radeon HD. If both A10 6800k and i5 3570k had same 7xxx series GPU and A10 6800k used an Hybrid CrossfireX with its GPU... Well A10 6800k will win since it has 8xxxD Radeon HD APU(IGP) if Hybrid.

Intel's Haswell CPU's will have a brand new Intel HD Graphics, HD 4600... 40% faster than 4000. That good for Intel but they wont be close to A10 5800k in IGP/APU section and A10 6800k APU will be twice as fast as Haswells, actually a bit faster than that. You dont give a count that A4-10 already have their own IGP/APU

Thanks, Though I'd rather not get an SSD.

I would recommend this one too, it's pretty good. The SSD and a better case are personal preference.
