Building a NEW PC. NEED SOME HELP

So i have this old acer aspire ax3400-e3202 desktop and the motherboard is gone. so i was thinking about building a new desktop with some old parts and some new ones. any suggestion to what i can do. i have around $350-450 (Canadian).

Parts i am going to use from old computer (unless find better ones chear)

Harddrive (500gb)

Cd drive

3 gb ddr3 (not sure)

AMD Athlon II X2 220 cpu (not to sure)

i need help or advice with the following parts

Case, Power supply, Motherboard, Cpu and gpu and ram(if cheap)

My budge it 350-450. If  i missed any parts let me know. Thanks in advance for your help.

This GPU will also be ok. You wont be able to play many games but you have the option of upgrading your GPU later.

All of this came to a total of $434.95 CAD.

I would also recommend most of these parts, ESPECIALLY the Z9 Plus. It's the case that my rig uses and I absolutely love it.
