Building a new PC $2500 Budget

Hey, I'm building a new PC and I have a $2500 budget. This includes a monitor, I have a keyboard and mouse. This PC will be only for gaming and I would like a 1440p monitor with 120hz if possible. Also I would like windows 8 because I heard that the new windows 8.1 is pretty good. As a final note I prefer intel and nvidia products but I would like to know what you guys think a good build would be for this budget. Thanks

I live in the US

I would like to get am much fps as possible

I don't really plan on overclocking

I play all types of games.

Ok all of these answers above have one flaw. They can all run much, MUCH more than 60 fps on pretty well all games but these monitors would give you a cap of 60FPS due to the 60 hz capability. This monitor will suit you much better:http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236313
