I'm thinking about building a new PC for gaming. Does anyone have any advice? I'd like to not spend too much on it, so if anyone knows of components that are both good quality and relatively inexpensive, that would really help. Thanks.

Watch these for some good parts for a low(er) budget.
Know what your budget is, then go from there
I know that I want to spend $700 or less. My only requirements are that it's able to:
1. Run and record my Steam games at a steady 30 FPS. I think my most GPU-intensive game is Dawn of War II.
2. Store all of my Steam games (and FRAPS, plus a decent video editor). (1TB should be enough.)
