Building a new computer

I need some overall help building a new computer and choosing the right parts.

Budget: $1 - $650
System Usage: I'm going to be using it for minecraft, BF4, and maybe some photo editing
monitor, peripherals?: I have a monitor keyboard and mouse, so no.
Overclocking, yes or no?: most likely not, but it might be nice.
SLI / Crossfire, yes or no?: no.
Monitor Resolution: HD or 1080p
Notes: I might be recording on this computer so if I could get max settings while recording that would be nice.
Why are you upgrading?: my laptop sucks lol

Here is the build I have:, I just need advice on it or changes if it needs them.

well to be completely honest, you aren't going to get much performance at all in BF4, all low setting still won't yield very much at 1080P. I'd recommend saving up to around $900 to $1000 so you can get some very good quality parts and play at max settings

Somthing like this would be good http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1nFRe

He should be able to get a steady framerate with an Intel processor and a 650 TI Boost.

True, but he mentioned BF4 which will benefit out of more cores, so an AMD six core would be a little more future proof and a fair bit cheaper. Although i didn't really think about the 650Ti, that would give a fair frramerate so i must apologise.

Maybe Something along the lines of this: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/njm1112/saved/1lUD

The APUs cpu by itself is pretty hefty for what it is and will not bottleneck a mid tier discrete graphics card if you so choose to add later on.

2400Mhz Fast Ram because APUs love it and need it.

1TB is enough storage isn't it?

a 500W PSU is enough to power it all and some upgrades down the line.

Windows 8 & DVD drive included-

Asus F2A85-V mobo because it's an asus quality mobo, good reviews and will allow for some low-moderate OC'ing if you need to.
