Building a home server need help deciding parts :D

So i want to build a home server for downloading *cough* linux distributions *cough* and a bunch of other stuff like a minecraft and a terraria server and if you could please leave it under 900€. So this is what i came up with:
-Case NZXT Source 210 Elite USB 3.0

- psu be quiet straight power E9 600w 80 gold

-mobo gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3 (i like it cause it has 6x sata 6gb/s ports on it and casue its gigaybte they never fail)

-cpu AMD FX 8350 (ok so here i need some help some people are saying its way to much and others are saying its fine )

-RAM 16gb of AMD performance edition pc3-12800 (i think its fine i will be hosting a minecraft server on it)

-HDD ill just throw in a 3tb seagate and ill upgrade over time

Nothings wrong witht his, it should work very well, especially with all 8 of those cores and all that RAM.

i would go with a smaller case, and something like an i3 with an M-ITX board and 8 gigs of ram, will still be able to run everything plenty fine at a much lower cost, or go M-ATX and get a FX 4 or 6 core processor and use that, but a full case with a high end 8 core is just way overkill.

Edit: made this setup for you  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/AaOA

where are you from in europe so i can choose the proper region ?
