Hey guys, so about 2 months ago I came on here asking some questions and got a lot of help, so I was hoping I could get as much help from here again since this is the community I trust the most when it comes to pc hardware. I wanna take my current Dell that is very outdated(but still has Windows 7 in it, thankfully) and I wanna build myself a gaming rig. I wanna be able to play games like ArmA2 & the 3 alpha, Skyrim, Battlefield 3, Starcraft 2 & Bishock Infinite but I also wanna be able to play games that are coming later this year like Battlefield 4, and hopefully if GTA5 comes to PCs early next year like the rumor says I wanna be able to run that. So I got some tips from all over the web but before I buy a single item, like I said, I wanna ask people who ABSOLUTELY know what they are talking about. Thats why Im here.

If you could take a look at this and let me know what you think? I picked the case because I do wanna have a smaller rig than my current setup plus it'll be easier for me to take it places like a friends house so I picked out the parts that were recommended to me. I am on a budget of about $650-$700. $725 would be like my absolute max so if you're gonna try to show me something better on PC Part Picker, please keep that in mind.
Also, I was curious. To save money, or really to get better items with my budget, I wanted to take what is missing from the build in the link from my current PC(my 500gb hard drive, my DVD writer, etc). But I was curious, if I put my current hard drive in my new rig once its built, will my new rig have Windows 7? Im trying to get away without having to buy Windows because that will destroy my budget. Please PLEASE help me in anyway you can. Thank you guys so very much!
