Lets be honest a 7870/7850 would be better for the price unless you cum buckets over PhysX or only play Nvidia optimised games.
Well, may I ask what exactly you're going to use it for? Because honestly you could get a lot more for your money.

Get rid of theat RAM, its pointless, get 8Gb of 1600mhz ram, and then buy a 7950 with the money you save, id also just get a 7200RPM 1TB HDD as it will be faster than the 5900RPM drive (which are also about 20$ cheaper)
But im curious, is your budget 1000$ or 1500$ ?
Yes, I find my computer runs much better without RAM.
