Building a $700 gaming computer

Helloo all from Australia :)
I'm thinking about putting together a gaming desktop because its getting close to summer over here and my laptop just can't handle the heat and is reaching up to a worrying 105C when i play games(even with a laptop stand fan) haha.. I've been looking around the web and i found this "Crazy Budget Gaming Computer" for $750 (without OS, monitor, mouse etc..). However this build was put together about a month+ ago.. and i know how fast technology goes!

So now, I would love any help from anyone that could give an opinion or a suggestion of improvement for this "Crazy Budget Gaming Computer"

Intel Core i5-2500K CPU

Cooler Master Hyper 212+ CPU Cooler

EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Superclocked Graphics Card

Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H Motherboard

PNY Optima DDR3 1333MHz 8GB (2x4GB) RAM

Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB Hard Drive

Corsair CX600 600W Power Supply

Antec Three Hundred ATX Case

Sony DVD Burner

So, does this guy know his stuff or have i been led down the wrong track? haha thanks guys!

is that 700-750 austrailian money?

Idk yet if its good or not, I usually assume its not if its not by me and make one case by case basis, not really a ego thing, but I've yet to find someone who can make better budget builds than me, vortex as has come awfully close though

I'll look into it and let you know later on tonight

yeah aussie dollars :)

hahaha well your confidence is making me feel pretty good with trusting you to put together a killer rig

I forgot to say thanks btw! so.. Thanks for agreeing to work on it!

wat store were u gonna get the stuff from

Austins.. or PLE? :)

k ill look into it and see if something that i think will be better pops up

thank you! :)

i found some other great stores in Australia, netplus (only a walk away) and MSY.com.au.. i hope that helps you guys in you're research further!

yah ill have it done by 1 AM central standard time, i cant usually do much work during the day cuz i normally work nights

right so i finished it and uhhh, its practically the same as yours so i guess go with wat u were gonna build at first, and i noticed u put it down as a "crazy budget build" my budget build is even crazier lol

I'd drop the 560 and go with the 660 for a little more.

The 3220 i3 will not bottleneck the GTX 660 its either i3 and 660 or i5 and significantly weaker card
