So I made a more "budget oriented" build for me.
Link : IN COMMENTS!
WHY I CHOSE THE PARTS:
CPU: The Xeon is basically like an i7 3770 non-k for $80 dollars less and no graphics. I chose the Xeon over the i5 because I will be editing videos for my channel. (http://www.youtube.com/user/SpiralsTechCenter?feature=guide )
Motherboard: What hasn't it got?
GPU: CUDA works with Sony Vegas 12 (finally found out) and is slightly more efficient than OpenCL and the games I play are optimised for Nvidia.
Memory: Average memory and its low profile.
SSD: $20 cheaper than the next SSD, and its got Samsung Build Quality.
Power Supply: Going to SLI or upgrade GPU later on, and its modular (only essential connectors are not modular)
Case: Great for $80
What do you think about it?

Dude you got 4 subs. get fx8350 instead of a xeon. xeon are server processors. and dont invest into youtube unless you got a couple thousand subs. my friend invested like 1000 into youtube and he is regreting that now because he only got 50 plus subs in a year and a half.
Hey man here is my build and thoughts:
For your needs this build will work amazingly.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/R2cw
Reason behind items:
CPU: You can overclock the cpu to 5ghz! Why? Because you can! 8 cores= enough said
Motherboard= BEAST. Able to overclock everything
Ram= Good value and 16gb
SSD= DUH
Hard drive= you need space
Graphics card= Value/performance is very good. It will also play basically any game at high to ultra.
PSU= Great deal
Case=... idk pick your own
BUT, with around a $1000 budget you have a lot of options. Best of luck to you.
It's not for just YouTube, it is for gaming and can be used for YouTube. I am not investing in it, as it is just a hobby. The 8350 is a good idea though, so I redid the build: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=wish_lists&wlcId=155557&action=wish_lists
Using the money I saved, I bumped up the GPU to th MSI Power Edition.
Also, second reply, half of those parts are either not available or are WAY to overpriced in Australia.

Ok, now what heatsink should I choose. The 212 Evo for 35.00 or the Dark Knight Night Hawk for 45.00.
