I approve of those builds.
I do not know whether AMD or Intel would be best?
If i overclock the AMD will it be on par with Intel in single core performance?
I have the keyboard and stuff sorted.
Im not keen on a GTX 760 i would much rather have a 770 for £800 and that is why the AMD may be best for me depending on whether it will work well or not single core wise. Also shadowplay for streaming seems really really good.
For streaming, the AMD 8320 and 8350 are really good. Keep in mind that the cpus will still do most single core tasks just fine.
Also, the 280X is still a strong card. Its about the equivalent of a 770, so I suppose its brand preference there.
What do you reckon?

Looks good to me. If you want to save a couple extra £, you could go with the Patriot Viper 3 RAM. It's a tiny bit cheaper, but pretty much the same as the Corsair RAM you posted.
