I hate these posts and refuse to help. Dude, maybe try going on PC partpicker, try putting a build together and then come back for suggestions?
LAZY.
OP, we've configured upgrades for your current build in previous threads.

i7, r9 290, 16gb ram, xfx 80+ gold psu, nh d-14, samsung ssd and 1 tb storage drive.
To my knowledge, he has an i7 3770.
BAM! It's a beast in a box! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6sfWf7 change some parts if you'd rather use something else instead. $30 over your budget isn't bad at all for this beast. You should be able to do a little overclocking too. Then again, some other cards like the R9 290 are cheaper and perform similar. That'll give you headroom for other parts. 290 vs GTX 780 Ti in detail http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-290-vs-GeForce-GTX-780-Ti
All I have to say is do it your own damn self.
indeed

hope this helps. the power supply is an EVGA supernova 650w i know you might think thats too little but trust me it's not and it's also a fully modular psu with an 80+ certification so if you're buying psu's i would say EVGA or corsair is the way to go.
it's a bit of an overkill system, chances are it's more than adequate for your needs so i think you'll be very happy with it.
grumble grumble.. why you help him?
*kicks rock
fine then.
haha come on man, show a little compassion xD the dude is obviously not interested in the building process so why not help him ;p

Thank you for your support i appreciate it.
Click the buy buttons, and it'll take you to the online stores. You need a OS and peripherals if you don't have them.
When you are building a PC you should, if possible educate yourself first before just asking random people what you should do with the money that you have. I know it's hard to do so, seeing as though you have the money right now but it is well worth your time and effort to learn in anything you do, just as you would if you were trying to see what is in something by reading the label or finding out information for your own self without using secondary sources. Possibly with a little bit more detail this forum could help you out, but you gave us almost nothing. In spite of my other comment on this post I decided to take a different approach on the situation in an internet full of hate, even if you just state your opinion or give a misinformed question such as your own. Have you thought on possibly a prebuilt or custom built PC by someone else, even though I don't recommend it, it can save alot of hassle, as opposed to building a PC for your own self(can be quite frustrating for a new comer.
Sincerely, Ben
