case: CM HAF XM, plus 2 200mm megaflow fans
~$100, came a day early even. amazon
PSU: Corsair CX 750
750w semi-modular. $95 off amazon
Mobo: ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8350
$310 for cpu and mobo
came today
Gfx card: SAPPHIRE 100351SR Radeon HD 7970. coming thursday.
~$330
the rest is waiting on my next paycheck, next thursday

Solid rig; I hope it has killer cable management. These "reasonable" build logs are fantastic; we need more builds here on the forum, and not just crazy $4000 pcpartpicker lists. Those will never be built.
Do you have any specific plans for this build, or is it just a standard build? Watercooling, LN2, case mods, cable sleeving, anything?
standard. cable sleeving.... maybe... it is a semi-modular psu. as far as case modding, I can't see anything I want on the case that it doesn't already have, aside from more cable holes. I plan on addin a couple more monitors to eet, one 1080p, and a 1440p xtar matte
I could sleeve you some nice extensions, if you wanted.
Do you have a guide on how to do that? I'd love to sleeve my PSU cables.
A personal guide? No, but I will probably make one this weeked. Depends on what kind of sleeve; I only use MDPC-X, which is much, much different than Furry Letters, paracord, etc.
Like it, but i would have gone with a diffent case, that ones a bit small.
