Is the 955 better than the a10?
Yeah I do. And I saw you put the video card ddr3. I read somewhere that it makes ddr5 into ddr3 the a10 I'm probably wrong though I'm a noob to PC......coming from posxbox
Yeah, it's just cheaper. You can throw in a GDDR5 card if you want. Since I screwed up and included an HDD and case in the budget. lol
And no, the GDDR5 will still be faster than the GDDR3 card. Basically, GDDR5 is actually DDR3 with enhancements.
A10 is a bit better due to higher clocks, but you can always OC 955 to 4ghz
Of course buying aftermarket cooler is a necessity in that case, cause stock cooler will drive you crazy
