Well the motherboard you chose, wouldnt fit the case.. The case was for Mini-itx. If you want a mini-itx case (small case) then I would recommend swapping in these parts.

Thats a good mini-itx motherboard, and they don't come too much cheaper than that. (about $85+)
The HDD I threw in there is designed to run 24/7 so its good for a server and isnt too much more. The processor I chose is a little more, but has an integrated video card, and the ram I included is low voltage and cheaper. so saves on your energy bill a little and saves money up front.
Now if you are looking for something cheap, then how about this?

These are all quality parts, and if you want a smaller case, they are out there, but a bit more expensive.
