OS: Microsoft Windows 8 64-Bit Full Version Operating $99.99

Total: $868.13

I know i went over the budget, but if anyone can make a better build, can you please, and also if there is anything wrong with any of these products or something that you think should be changed please let me known, thanks in advanced.

Get a cheaper psu 500W should do the trick 49.99 most likely.  Also tell him to get windows 8 pro for 70 bucks, I just got it for my new build and it is great.  Find a 39.99 case.

and for a budget build go with amd so...

this cpu -  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106009

and this mobo- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565

Should be around 700 dollars

Don't go w/ Windows 8. Heck you might not even have to buy windows 7 if you have a friend w/ a copy lying around. And just make sure you use a PSU that is 80+. It's not worth it to cheap out on your PSU and risk breaking other parts of your PC. You can generally find Corsair 500w PSUs at $50-$60. Also, if I was building a new PC, I'd use that CPU (i5 3570k), because that will still hold strong in the future if you decide to upgrade your graphics card.

Thanks guys!

Everything looks good but i wouldnt trust a open boxed monitor.
