Build for a friend

I'm building my friend a new gaming PC for $700 ($800 with operating system). Here is what I have so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/r6rx

As you can see, I still have $60 left to spend. What should I upgrade? Should I downgrade to a 4300 and spend $80 upgrading other parts? (also, I probably wont be upgrading the graphics card.)

Change the case to Something else, unless you like it. I heard it doesn't have the greatest cable management. Are peripherals not included?

You should really upgrade that PSU, that wattage on that build frightens me. Plus you have the possibility of an OC with the 212, you REALLY don't want it to be low. At least get 500W

Definately upgrade the power supply to 500-600 Watts.

Are you sure you don't want to upgrade the video card? A Radeon 7870 2GB its only 30 dollars more. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/his-video-card-h787q2g2m

Also, why 1866 Mhz memory? I know that's good for APUs like the A10 and A8 because it helps with the integrated graphics. But why does the FX need it? Unless it's on sale, I would save myself some money and get 1333 or 1600 MHz RAM. I found this one for 35 bucks: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104173&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Everything else looks fine, Besides the power supply, any extra money left over, I'd put it on a good case with good cable management.
