Maybe I just need to delete my cache or something, but this shows up for me as having a new post 17 hours ago, but in the topic there’s nothing since May 2017.

The forum counts edits and post deletions in addition to new posts as new content and will bump the thread. Probably somebody doing one of the two.
EDIT: Or what the fluffy one said ↓↓↓

Someone made a spam account and posted. The spammer got its account deleted and the post removed. The system won’t reset the last post count to the old time, it will still go off of the last post even if deleted.
