Budget PC Build for a first time PC gamer

So I finally convinced my friend to switch from xbox to PC, so its up to me to build him a new system. Keep in mind I am limited to whatever I can find at Memoryexpress.ca (In canada eh), so heres what im thinking of..

AMD A8-5600K - $99.99

Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-D3H - 84.99

AMD Memory Performance Edition PC3-10600 - $49.99

Cosair Builder series CX430 - $44.99

Silverstone Precision PS08 - $39.99

HIS Radeon HD 7770 iCooler 1GB - $124.99

Im not to worried about overclocking, I already have a hard drive, and USB 3.0 is a must

Any advice?

whats ur budget your build looks terrible for the money

Agreed!

You cant crossfire a HD7770 with the A8-5600K

can u buy stuff from ncix.ca or newegg canada

not unless the price plus shipping is cheeper than something at Memoey express

Where do you live in Canada?

Btw, I'd suggest you try following Logan's build for a sub $500 closer to $400 apu build. The A10-5800K's are really overclockable and show drastic performance increases when overclocked. If you really wanna get a dedicated card and have a significantly better gaming experience, you might want to stretch your budget a bit more, especially in Canada. (I'm from Toronto, I know what it's like haha)

I hope you can order from these places in Canada,,,,Memoryexpress is a rip off

If its a little to expencive with shiping just buy one 4gb stick of ram and save a little you can or he can add one at a latter date

* CPU is 6 core and should be a bit better than the Ph II x4 965 BE.

* Mobo supports front USB 3.0 ports (so does the case I selected)

* RAM runs on stock voltage (1.5v), which yours are 1.65v (OC'd or adjusted up to run at given 1600 mHz speeds).

* Changed the case to support 2 x front USB 3.0 ports!

* Adjusted the PSU to fit within the budget for the GPU selected. You can upgrade to 500-550w for ~$10 more.

Ph II x4 965 BE w/7870 GPU!
