Yes, this looks all around good, Though for AMD I'd say it's worth it to get 1866 ram over 1600. Also, you're missing a harddrive, unless of course you have one already, and the HAF cases are ugly as sin. Apart from that all good.

It has caslantency of 11 though.. Its still really fast but I'd just get 1866MHz ram @9 Latency
