A Gigabyte GA-970P-UD3P motherboard might be better for an FX 8320 build, especially if you plan to overclock as it will better support the CPU's power requirements.

 

Needs:

Better quality motherboard.  UD3P, as BGL stated, is a good option.

Better GPU.  This build is a bit weak on the GPU.  I'd even consider downgrading to a FX-6300.

Pretty low quality power supply.  I'd go with at least one of Corsair's CX line, or EVGA's 500b/600b lineup.

1TB HDD is usually a very small premium to pay when compared to 500gb.

No need for an 8-core CPU when you're running a crappy GPU. FX-6300 and R9 290 go along well, for example.
